Sparkling Wine Ice Pops

Sparkling Wine Ice Pops

Long hot summer days are upon us! I love Sparkling Wine and popsicles. So, I combined the two to make the perfect summer ice pop! They only take a few minutes to make, a few hours to freeze, and then – you’ve got a delicious popsicle to enjoy on your patio, at the beach, or inside watching Netflix.

Sparkling Wine Pineapple and Pink Lemonade

Gather your ingredients – You’ll need Sparkling Wine (the best part!), pineapple juice, and pink lemonade (I happened to find a delicious sparkling version. But regular pink lemonade works too).

Create a personalized champagne bottle as seen above here! Customize a gorgeous etched bottle or a custom wine label.

Popsicle Molds

You’ll need some popsicle molds to freeze the ice pops in. I bought a pack of six.

Add the fruit to the bottom of the popsicle molds. I chose blueberries – but the choices are endless. Watermelon, pineapple slices, strawberries… Pick your favorite fruit and add a few small pieces to the bottom of the molds.

Sparkling Wine in Molds

Add the Sparkling Wine to the ice pop molds. Fill them halfway (not counting the fizz!)

Sparkling Wine and Juices

Add the pineapple juice and then the sparkling pink lemonade. Add around a quarter inch for each juice.

Sparkling Wine Ice Pops

Your popsicles are now ready for freezing! Put them in the freezer for five hours. (I know…I know! It’s hard to wait.)
