There are so many opportunities to drink wine during the holidays. It’s no wonder everyone loves this time of year! Apart from the obvious excuses to drink wine; Thanksgiving dinner, cooking for Thanksgiving dinner, wine night after Christmas shopping, wine while online Christmas shopping, Christmas Eve… Sorry, I could continue… But I’ll stop. Instead I want to share a fun night that I’ve been celebrating during the holidays. I’ve always loved having a glass of wine (or three…) on the night I sit down and wrap all of my presents. I crank up Christmas carols and usually invite my mom over to indulge in the wine and help with all the bows!
This year I wanted to make our gift wrapping evening that much more special. So I created two custom wine bottles for us to drink while we tape down edges and stuffed tissue paper into bags. I chose a beautiful Christmas wine label with stunning blue lights that I knew she’d get a kick out of! I also designed an etched wine bottle that celebrated Christmas and the new year ahead. Every etched wine bottle at WineGreeting is created by hand using a high powered sand blasting machine. (It’s so awesome and we get to wear huge gloves!) The wine bottle turn out so beautiful that my mom took it home to display on her wine bar! We didn’t even get to drink it.
So if you’re looking to turn wrapping gifts into a special and memorable evening with a loved one or a cozy night in by yourself; design a personalized wine bottle to celebrate the evening!
